Scheduling Module

Using ChartStar As a physician, when you click on the Schedule icon, your scheduled appointments for that day are displayed allowing you to select your current patient by clicking on their name. You can view other dates by clicking on the convenient calendar or by moving forward and back using the Next/Previous buttons. Various options allow you to configure the display screen as your wish - with appointments comments showing, with non bookable time showing, etc. Click on any patient appointment to make that patient "active" for display and entry purposes. A simple click on the Information symbol (!) beside the patient name will pop up a window showing all demographic data for that patient. Clicking on the Report icon will generate letters containing appointment information such as No Show warning letters and bills. Clicking on the Encounter icon beside the appointment will open an encounter for that appointment.

Physician View Physicians are shown their own schedule by default when they click on the schedule icon in the Windows program. Once there, you can move to other days and other physicians. By clicking on the line of any patient appointment you can make that patient "active" for display purposes. A simple click on the Information symbol (!) beside the patient name will pop up a window showing all demographic data for that patient.
Administrative View When viewing the 7-day or 7-doctor schedule screen, you can also see full demographic details for each appointment for verification with the patient on arrival.
